When you enter the Canby Fairgrounds Main Pavilion, you will be met by greeters John & Marsha Meyerhofer.  They will guide you ..........

• 1st, walk straight to the back of the hall to register.
• After registering,  you have the opportunity to purchase drink and raffle tickets.
• Before heading to look at our fantastic silent auction items back by the kitchen, you will see a wall of wine where you can purchase a bottle to take home to enjoy.
  
• Down stairs (no upstairs this year), you can bid on in-person silent auction items back by the kitchen, enjoy snacks, purchase a glass of wine/beer,  and visit with family and friends. 
• As soon as you register from the bidding web page or check in the night of the event, you can bid on the online auction items using your cell phone.

• Check in begins                                4:30 pm
• Tan silent auction tables close         6:30 pm
• Online auction closes                       6:30 pm
  
• Crab dinner serving begins              6:45 pm
• Green Line Drawing                        7:50 pm
  
• Oral auction begins                          8:00 pm
• Check out begins                              9:15 pm
• Auction concludes                          10:00 pm
