2026 Canby KC Charities - Auction and Crab Dinner
Please mark your calendars for Saturday, February 28th, 2026 for Canby KC Charities 29th Annual Auction and Crab Dinner! The event will look a bit different this year and we are excited to share the changes with you:
- The number of dinner guest dinners will be 333, so get your tickets early.
- The Silent Auction will be downstairs in the kitchen area where you pick up your meal. Unlike the past, this year we will only have one closing for the silent auction. With less guests and the Silent Auction back by the kitchen, you will have more room to get up and get a drink or socialize with others.
- Fairground Doors will open at 4:00 pm this year, just like last year.
- The Live auction will begin a little earlier, starting at 7:30 while many will still be enjoying your meal.
- Everyone must place a credit card on file, even though you will have the option to pay by cash or check to avoid the 4% fee for charging purchases on your credit card. Everyone that made any purchases before or the night of the event will receive a receipt by email after all credit card has been charged (Normally 2 days later).
- For those winning the bid for a silent or oral auction item, you can simply pick up your items without standing in line to check out.
- Ticket prices have increased to $60 to help offset the increased prices for food, rental of the fairgrounds and other incidentals like software.
