****  25th Annual Celebration of Canby's Charity Auction and Crab Dinner   ****

Wow, it's exciting to be celebrating our 25th anniversary of the Crab Dinner and Auction.  Our team waited as long as possible this year to make a decision on whether to hold an in-person event or do another drive-thru dinner, like last year.  As you may know, the State guidelines and restrictions for Covid-19 have not changed with the requirement to wear masks, except when eating or drinking. 

Need a cozy place to enjoy you Crab Dinner on Saturday, February 26?

We are excited to announce that St. Josef’s Winery in Canby is opening their facility for you to meet with family and friends to enjoy your crab dinner after picking it up at St. Patrick’s Church.

• Enjoy a warm and cozy location to mingle with Family and Friends
• Music will be provided
• You can purchase wine*, beer, and soda at the facility.Please, no carry-in.
• You can stop in anytime from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• Dinnerware plates will be provided by the Knights of Columbus
• Please bring your crab tools from home

* Any take home wine bottle sales will be donated to Canby KC Charities

Because of the uncertainty in procuring crab over the last few years, our event date has been pushed to the 4th Saturday in February versus the 1st Saturday.  This year, our drive-thru event is on Saturday, February 26th and hosted at St. Patrick's Parish Facility at 498 NW 9th St, Canby OR, using the entrance on 10th street.

Online Auction Bidding

This year there is a major change to help raise additional funds by allowing you to bid on items as you have seen in our live and silent auctions.  A link to a webpage using Bidding Owl Software will allow you to register with your name, address information, email address and cell phone number.

Bidding online began Monday, February 14th and ends on Sunday February 27th.  The winning bidder will pick up the item and pay for it with check, cash or credit card on Saturday, March 5th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm .   

Last year, we wanted to give back to our community for the support they gave us over the last 24 years and we gave all net proceeds from the dinner (over $6,000) to 3 local charities.  In addition, we raised more that $20,000 for a mom with 5 children that lost everything in the Santiam Canyon Wildfires. 

We had another heart breaking fire the day before Thanksgiving in Canby, affecting a family with 5 children, three still living at home.  They lost all personal possessions.  This year's Special Appeal will be for this family.  For more information about the family, click on the "Special Appeal Donation" button above.
