Please mark your calendars for Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 for Canby KC Charities 28th Annual Auction and Crab Dinner! The event will look a bit different this year and we are excited to share the changes with you:
- We are making the event more intimate by reducing the number of guests from 384 to 304. This decrease will help with noise, make check out run more efficiently and aid with the sustainability of the event.
- The Silent Auction will be downstairs on the north side of the dining area. Guests can easily bid on items without going upstairs to check their silent auction bids.
- Fairground Doors will open at 4:00 pm this year.
- Ticket price is $50, the same as last year.
Dust off those Hawaiian shirts and dresses.
Just like last year, Online bidding will not be available. The website will be used to allow you to preview the oral and possibly silent auction items prior to our event. Additional items will be added over the next couple months, so please continue to visit the site and talk to friends and family to go together on an oral auction item. The items will be available for preview through Saturday at noon, February 15th.

On Saturday, February 22nd, the doors open at 4:00 pm for the silent auction (closes at 6:15 pm) and socializing. The dinner will start at 6:30 pm. Click on web page link "Schedule of Events - Night of Auction" above to see complete schedule.
Last year, our Special Appeal raised over $26,000 to help Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, located at 113 N Elm St in Canby. To learn more about this year's Special Appeal, click on the "Special Appeal Donation" button above.
We are always looking for oral and silent auction items for our auction. If you have an item or service you would like to donate, click button "Donate Item to Our Auction" on the link above. A member of our team will contact you for additional information and pick up the item.
