Schedule of Events - Night of Auction

When you enter the Canby Fairgrounds Main Pavilion, you will be met by greeters Jesse and Patti Villarreal. They will guide you ..........

1st, walk straight to the back of the hall to register.
After registering, you have the opportunity to purchase drink and raffle tickets.
Before heading upstairs (on your left) to look at our fantastic silent auction items, you will see a wall of wine where you can purchase a bottle to take home to enjoy. With each bottle purchase, your name will be entered into a drawing for a rare collectors value wine bottle from a batch of wine dedicated for the Pope.
Upstairs in the silent auction area, you can enjoy snacks, purchase a glass of wine/beer, bid on some fantastic desserts in the silent auction area that you can share with your guests at dinner and visit with family and friends.
